Mr Jerin B displayed muchdedication to his work, at times beginning his workday in the wee hoursof the morning in order to accommodate the early training schedule ofthe troop. The training frame was a success and the soldiers had an extremely positive experience. This was due in no small part to the efforts of Mr Jerin B and his team. For going above and beyond what was expected, I would like to convey my gratitude and the heartfelt appreciation of the men and commanders of Echo Wing, OCS, and commend Mr Jerin B for an outstanding job.
