  I supervised not only nine children but also three and sometimes more staff throughout a shift. I was in charge of the clients' well being and would prepare the activites throughout the shift and see that they were accomplished in a timely manner while adjusting the activites to the needs of the children's development. I used crisis management techniques to help the children regulate their emotions and taught positive behavioral skills.
