  Familiar with wide variety plant process equipment maintenance's and has been undertaken operation preventive maintenance, overhaul, engineering studies process at Distribute Control System (DCS), and turnaround plant for Acrylic plant department (CAA), Acrylate Esters Plant (GAA, 2-EHA, BA), Acrylic Utilities (Boiler and Steam Turbine).Responsibility :- Improvement plant operations by performing plant trials, process study and plant test run. These included leading of operation teams for the pre-commissioning activities such as equipment and piping inspections, line cleaning, purging, flushing and crane usage. Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Building Integrated Photovoltaic System for SURIA KLCC Building.Summary: : Project installation Hot Dip Galvanized Structure at level 6&7 top roof SURIA KLCC building to client Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS). There have 2 type of structures frame need to installed at the level 6&7. 1st free stand frame at level-7 consist of Ramlee Mall PV structures (1800 sets) & Ampang Mall PV structures (1788 sets). 2nd fixed stand frame at level-6 center court PV structures.Responsibility :- Undertake design, preparation MS, checking drawings, tender document for mechanical engineering aspect. Attend client/consultant meeting and coordination with client, architect, civil & structural engineering and other. Liaise closely with fabrication yard / relevant authority on the development of the product. Review drawings to mitigate construct ability issues before approval for fabrication. Monitor and ensure smooth installation work and timely completion of work achieved.  Monitoring production & logistic activity against project scheduling, and quality requirements. Liaise with other discipline engineers to resolve site engineering issues. Prepare specification documentations for project QA/QC report. Project supervision and witnessed testing & commissioning.
