  In May 2017, Mr Bolan was selected as the Program Manager for the Regional Cyber Center - Europe in Wiesbaden, Germany, leading a team of IT professionals with the Operations and Maintenance of the US Army managed networks in Europe.In 2010, Mr Bolan changed contracts to support the United States Army Europe (USAREUR) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) as an Active Directory Engineer and Team Lead, initially located in Mannheim Germany and then moving to Wiesbaden, Germany in 2014.From 2005 - 2009, Mr Bolan was the technical lead for the United States Air Force Europe (USAFE) NOSC at Ramstein AB, Germany, providing recommendations to the USAFE Director of Communications on current and emerging technologies. He led a team of 24 professionals providing Directory Services, Enterprise Application Services, Information Assurance, and Software Development in support of 45,000 users and 40,000 network-connected devices. He has directly supported several Enterprise-level upgrades and implementations, including Active Directory 2003, Exchange 2007, and System Center Configuration Manager 2007 (aka SMS).From 1999 - 2005, Mr Bolan designed, engineered; and then implemented and operated Microsoft System Management Server (SMS) and associated Microsoft SQL relational databases throughout USAFE bases; he provided technical support for enterprise applications to the Network Control Centers (NCCs). Duties included monitoring SMS databases, troubleshooting database issues, installing new releases and service packs for Microsoft SQL, developed and implemented Visual Basic scripts and web reports to retrieve and display data from the SMS databases.   In Apr 2021, Mr Bolan transitioned to Peraton due to their acquisition of Northrop Grumman's Information Technology and Mission Support services. He maintained his position as the Program Manager for the Regional Cyber Center - Europe in Wiesbaden, Germany. He leads a team of IT professionals with the Cyber Defense and Operations of the US Army managed networks in Europe.
