  Served on the senior staff of the campaign with a focus on engagement with various constituency groups across the 11th congressional district of New Jersey. The role included organizing large scale events, coordinating outreach and developing systems for tracking engagement. The campaign was ultimately successful, with the largest flip from red to blue of any congressional district in the entire country in 2018. Coordinated the logistics. organized the field program and developed the tracking system to collect and submit over 6,000 petition signatures as part of the process to put now Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill on the primary ballot for the first time in the 11th Congressional District of NJ.

In this role, Kellie has worked with local officials on a bipartisan basis to identify and address a wide variety of issues such as flooding, water infrastructure, superfund remediation, public safety, housing affordability, mental health, reproductive health, economic development, veterans health care, and support for the local military installation.
