  Non linear analysis of Track modulus by FEM( Matlab, Ansys) Performed Non-liner simulation of railway track components by experimentally conducting test on components on UTM machines. Designed & manufactured fixtures to conduct the load against deflection tests.Non-linear equations are derived by curve fitting experimental results & deflection is analyzed for variable loading curve in Ansys & combine stiffness of rail track components is determined.Value of Non-linear deflection varies approximately 3 times with non-linear simulation compared to linear study. In the designing of high-speed railway track, while determining the track stiffness, Indian Railways is referring Non-linear parameters derived in the project. Show less
