  Responsibility*Radiograph pipe weldment for Petronas Rapid Project under TOYO package 5.*Coordinate team for RT night shift.*Perform Radiography Testing and Assist Radiation Protection Officer (RPO).*Ensure all equipments for radiography testing are in good condition and updated.*Prepare the equipment for Radiography Testing.*Attend tool box meeting before start working.*Ensure the permit time to work (PTW) is comply.*Calculate the boundary for public and worker according the accumlative dose rate from AELB.*Verify and make a check list for the hazard face while working with Radiation.*Make sure the site is clear from other worker and public.*Close the working site following the calculation public and worker.*Set up the apparatus for radiation testing.*perform radiography testing on the pipe weldments.*Report the work done to the site supervisor after the Radiography testing is done.*Change the OSL every month for the AELB. Show less - Supervise daily NDT (Radiography) Operations and report the status to Operations manager.- Review all equipment, materials and instrument needed in project.- Monitor NDT technician requirements referred by Radiation Safety procedure i.e (TLD, Survey meter EPD and monthly TLD dose report) and client safety procedure.- Make sure all Industrial Radiography comply with government regulations and closely monitor compliance to the safety requirements of the Government regulating body of Malaysia i.e Act304- Provide safety briefing and training to the RT technicians and maintaining all the records.- Visit sites and make necessary arrangements regarding Radiation Safety.- Control the activities related to the conventional NDT including (Coordination, Safety, Logistic, Auditing, Quality and Purchasing)- Prepare documents for importing the radioactive sources.- Interface with the supplier and authorized shipper.- Make sure that calibration and maintenance is being performed to all equipment requiring calibration.- Certification of NDT / RT workers for the radiation safety standards.- Control the documentation of all the activities related to radiation safety.- Liaison with local authorities.- Communicate with site safety related to nuclear material documents.- Assist site HSE for the Radiation boundary and monitoring.
