  I serve as a neutral arbitrator and mediator in domestic and international commercial disputes. Arbitration matters where I have served as sole arbitrator or on a panel range across a wide array of industries and legal issues. I have mediated hundreds of cases in the past several years. My skill in these roles is certainly informed by four decades counseling clients in arbitration and mediation, but also significantly enhanced by continuous training and teaching in best practices as a neutral.
