Besides this I was assigned as maintenance manager of a finished project, piling supervisor of a new school and control of the dredging in the harbour.

  'Feasibility of the Superdijk in the Netherlands' The goal of the research is to create insight in the implementation of the Superdijk in the Netherlands. The outcome was based on technical, financial, economic and political feasibility of this innovation. Furthermore an indepth investigation to the possibilities and a case study for implementation near the municipality of Gorinchem was done to advice the local and national government.

  As the founder and chairman of Young Professionals LievenseCSO it is my responsibility motivate and inspire our members and to develop a sustainable vision for the years to come. Together with the board we organize and facilitate events for all employees under the age of 35. Our aim is to transform young professionals into professionals by the focus on 3 pillars:- Increase range of knowledge- Strengthen in depth knowledge- Connecting with internal and external network I'm responsible for the project controlling, as part of the integral project management team. This consists of supervision planning, risks and financial analysis. Besides the execution of projects I was assigned to lead tenders for governmental organisations and design new business processes after the merger between Lievense and CSO. As part of my MBA I provide the board with analyses and reports on strategy, marketing and financial accounting. 'Standardization in River Locks' The goal of the research is to determine the most advantageous elements of a lock to be standardized in new constructions. This is done through a comparison between all different elements, based on the balance between financial and social economic effects.
