  As Senior Project Scientist with Cardno I managed cultural resource projects of all sizes for work in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Virginia, and Washington D.C. My work was focused in the energy sector and on military installations. Duties included proposal development, scoping and budgeting, field management, specialized laboratory analysis, compliance and construction monitoring, Tribal Consultation, public meetings and outreach, client liaison, third party compliance review for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and SHPO coordination. I worked with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private concerns, in preparing documents and successfully ushering them through the review process in accordance with Section 106 and Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.   I currently serve as the Senior Manager of Edwards-pitman Environmental's Archaeology Group. The group is presently comprised of 38 archaeologists, including 13 Principal Investigators. We work primarily in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee and specialize in Section 106 and due-diligence work for the transportation and energy sectors.
