This was the first agile team in Turkey, and is still the biggest with more than 30 scrum teams. Set up the data warehouse of Ziraat with Teradata and combined Ziraat Finance Group's data into one platform. Managed 20 developers (core banking, alternative distributions channels, content management and data warehouse infra teams). Set up HP Service Manager, HP Project and Portfolio Management and HP Quality Test Professional tools. Invented the Virtual Teller Machine (VTM), a bank branch with no employees in it. Set up SAP Business Objects reporting platform for Ziraat Bank and developed numerous critical reports on it. Developed smart Software Lifecycle Management Tools. Managed 6 database administrators for below large systems: Ziraat Bank core banking database (Oracle), Ziraat Bank reporting database (Oracle), Ziraat Bank ATM and credit cards database (SQL), Ziraat Bank internet banking database (SQL). Ziraat Bank internet banking project (a first for Ziraat). Core banking database migration project.
