Research project that explored early-stage commercialisation strategies of high-tech firms and research institutions resulting in the identification and conceptualisation of three distinct strategies, their antecedents and impact on technology commercialisation outcomes. Insights were applied in consulting assignments with innovation offices of various universities. Conducted nearly 100 interviews with technology/knowledge transfer and technology commercialisation professionals at 60 research institutions across 25 European Countries.Conducted several business case studies involving university-born technology commercialisation. Developed novel conceptual frameworks for commercialisation based on collected data.
