  1. Ensure that every import document is received in proper and good order.2. Follow up action to related party on any dispute and discrepancy of import documentation.3. Ensure that every import planning is documented in the import status sheet.4. Maintain daily Sea import activity database through Jakarta and branch.5. Monitor sequence of every import processes and expedite any backlog of process with the clearance staff both in admin section as well as field operations.6. Daily communication with Sea Clearance on the status of PIB preparation readiness and record to daily report and FAST.7. Daily communication with Field ops to obtain status cargo release from Shipping yard and custom.8. Ensure that all importation are filled in an orderly sequence and completed with all necessary documents.9. Data input on process sequence and chronology in to the master file and FAST10. Communicate with shipping company on the arrival vessel and required additional document as an information from Sea Clearance. 11. Communicate with Branch of import custom clearance status.12. Gather information create chronology sequence whenever there are dispute or problems during clearance processes.13. Provide clearance status to the Sales and CS section on a regular daily basis.14. Periodically run through the shipment status and remind field operation staff on any pending process. Show less
