  I was Scrum Master for two customer adaptation teams and Agile coach for our Chinese Scrum Masters. I was part of the initiative to visualize progress, quality and metrics on screens. I supported the Product Owner in determining when customer requirements needed further study and when they were sufficiently prepared to be implemented. I supported the team to establish processes for testing and reaching customer acceptance. We managed to cut release lead times by half and we released to customers every week. Show less

  I coached three agile teams, spread between America, India and Sweden, that moved large test labs and user environments from San Jose USA to rebuild them in different Swedish sites. As an Agile Coach and main Scrum Master, I coached Scrum Masters and Product Owners in Agile Methodologies and Agile Collaboration Tools. I guided the teams in their process to locate bottlenecks and to limit WIP - in the end they chose Kanban. My role was to perform much of the same facilitation as a SAFe Release Train Engineer. Quality deliveries were required since the remote users located in Bangalore India verified customer releases on the test beds and could tolerate little downtime. Show less

  AFRY assignment to lead an agile SAS development project. As Project Manager I kept close contact with the customer - a major British car company. The scope was to make it possible for car owners to change settings in the cars in real time with a mobile app. Technically the communication with the car was done over websockets in AWS. High requirements on scalability since the customer had over +600K connected vehicles. I worked close to the customer to transform their needs to requirements and user stories.   AFRY assignment as SAFe Epic Owner for multiple connectivity projects. Managing complex dependencies, ROAM risks and ensuring business case fulfilment. The objective of the strategic AWS Data Lake Epic was to aggregate business critical vehicle data - needed for business reports and data analysis - that had become scattered and isolated when a legacy monolith was broken down and replaced by a micro service architecture. We defined the MVP and added use cases iteratively. As Scrum master for a development team I facilitated ceremonies, coached new team members in self-organization, drove continuous improvement, documented in Jira and Confluence. I coached the team to collaborate with other teams, facilitate ceremonies and prioritize the backlog. Stakeholder management and change management was key since the business critical Data Lake Epic affected all teams in the organisation. I managed the delivery of capabilities from multiple teams in SAFe program iterations. The objective of the global E-SIM/eUICC Epic was to switch MNO profiles on SIMcards over data traffic without having to bring the connected vehicles in for service. The goal of the Support Portal MVP pre study and Epic was to support the critical migration of the Volvo Connect fleet management system. Show less

Among the role responsibilities: Managing communications with local markets, regions and operations regarding new requirement requests and bug reports. Working with the team to decide what part of the solution to outsource to an external supplier. Handle the process of collecting data from the markets required by backend teams to set up new instances in the applications. Order translations and follow up with proofreaders. Oversee the process for Sitecore/Smartling translations and handling of POs/ invoices. Making sure we make data driven decisions and track user engagement with a dashboard developed in Google Data Studio. Working with PI-planning and OKR creation.
