  Subsea Xmas tree manufacturing cell controller focal point which involves managing the execution of subsea Xmas trees through the shop floor from arranging for staging/assembly & test notification being requested through QC & to driving completion of the trees to meet project, management & customer requirements. This also requires me to work closely with Quality, Engineering to drive closure of any issues & supplier non-conformances and promoting continues improvements.Each project has a wide range of auxiliary equipment for example, Tubing HGR’s, Flow Control Modules, Tubing Head spools, Tree Caps, ROV Tree Caps and Debri Caps which I need to be fully engaged with and understand all interface and test requirements.Also, I had the added responsibility of standing in for my manager when on vacation or out of the office taken control of the daily manufacturing Plant operations liaising with various department to ensure the correct equipment is being worked on and on schedule by attending daily production planning/project meetings.   Xmas Tree System Project Manager, which involves the delivery of 4 x Xmas Tree Systems to Jandakot and 7 x Xmas Tree Systems to Batam to meet the same customers’ requirements for their up-and-coming drilling campaign.During the above process I am required to oversea and track all procurement, welding, machining, assembly, and test activities including equipment readiest for shipping to meet customer need by dates.This role also involves working closely with Project Engineering/Manufacturing engineering, sourcing, manufacturing & planning to help support the execution of work to meet customers’ requirements.
