      - Formulated a harmonized Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for warehouse temperature mapping across all MSD sites based on existing MSD guidelines- Coordinated with vendors to develop a membrane bioreactor as a new Waste Water Treatment Plant, and maintained list of new equipment and instruments required to perform periodic maintenance and calibration- Designed a new Sump Pit Pump network using fluid mechanics and information of diaphragm pumps from distributors in order to remove rainwater and waste separately from more than 40 chemical bunds in outdoor locations across all MSD sites- Studied the area classification of forklift battery charging locations across all MSD sites to reduce risk of explosion due to emission of hydrogen gas during battery charging, using British Standard BS EN 50272-3:2002 and American Standard National Electric Code- Learnt about the functions of various systems including Distributed Control System (DCS), Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), Document Control Centre (DCC) and SAP system- Undergone training on Merck Production System (MPS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety culture and policies such as Near Miss Reporting and Lockout / Tagout (LOTO)- Undergone inclusion workshop which helped to increase work efficiency and improve culture within the organization, and understood the importance of inclusion behavior- Performed Plant Inspection, Maintenance and Testing (PMIT) for all pipelines across API site to determine pipes with incompatible service and material, and to perform qualitative risk assessment for each pipeline- Handled a Notice Of Event (NOE) by ensuring no product impact and therefore in compliance with Quality, and followed up with a Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA)- Engaged external vendors to provide the sound system when hosting the CEO Townhall Meeting Show less
