  I was part of an exciting research project, working with a team of students and lectures to explore Active Blended Learning in higher education. Being highly adaptable and organised has been advantageous within this role, which has allowed me to interview stakeholders across the university, voicing both staff and student views regarding the changing face of education. After presenting our findings at the annual Urb@n Project presentation last May, this year we are excited to be furthering our research.   My role within this innovative start-up was wonderfully varied, building valuable experience in several key areas of business. PB&Co is a consultancy for firms within the plant-based and vegan sector. Joining the team initially as an intern, I worked with clients and management primarily on a remote basis alongside my studies.Gathering and presenting valuable insights for client NPD and market strategy was a key part of my role. This included utilising market reports, trend data, and competitor analysis. Trade shows are key for this growing and innovative industry. I had the privilege of working at The Natural & Organics Show, assisting our client Tofurky on their stand. On other occasions, I have assisted PB2B in discovering new products and potential clients at such events. As a student of marketing, I was excited to take over the fortnightly MailChimp newsletter and social media profiles. This included daily twitter updates and sharing company achievements. From an administrative perspective, I ensured clients received relevant invoices, organising both client and business accounts. This is in addition to managing the calendar and note-taking at weekly conference calls.
