And I need to help the employees by proving different report.• Since my organization was Retail industry ,we are using POS machine as point of sales, and I need to Install and configure POS machines and troubleshoot issues with it,and give training to POS users about how to work with retail POS application.• I need to provide support and training to SAP and POS Users to analyze and resolve user requests and problems.• We have a local server with Windows server 2003 Enterprise Edition installed on it and which is using for POS application, at end of the day as daily routine, I need to run a script which will upload all the data from POS to main server which was located in Different location. • Managing the LAN and WAN network. Network includes Servers, more than 50 local systems, 60 POS Counters. Wireless Access points, 30 weighing scales work through wireless access points working with TCP/IP, ESL Server and ESL board working with TCP/IP.• We are using IBM Lotus Notes as email client and I need to installed it and configure it for end users and troubleshoot if there is any issues with it.   • Provide technical and infrastructure support to internal employees of AIG.• We are using ticketing tool called Service Now and I need to do Incident & Request management on that and we have SLA, I need to resolve issues within mentioned SLA.• In our infra we are using client operating system like windows XP,win 7 enterprise and some internal Applications, I need to provide support and troubleshoot issues..• We are using Microsoft Outllook 2013 as email client, I can configure and troubleshoot issue with it. I can deal with different version of outlook.• In our infra we are using Citrix virtual machines (Citrix Xen desktop ), and I need to install and troubleshoot issue with VMs.• I need to configure and troubleshooting of local and network printers, laptops and mobile devices• For video conference we are using Crestron , and I need to help end user to make video conference using it.• In our infra we are using Wyse terminal from Dell to connect to VMs, I can Configure and troubleshoot thin clients ( Wyse terminal )• For remote users who is away from office, I need to provide remote support using Bomger. And I need to resolved the issue with in mentioned SLA by our company• We have multiple DCs and ADCs in our infra, and I need to provide support and need to make sure the servers are up and running, and do the configuration part of it and troubleshoot if there any issues. And I need to Install and upgrade windows server 2012,2012 R2, 2008, 2008 R2, 2003 on those servers.• I need to do installation and configuration of Active Directory for our infrastructure.• Account management in AD, need to create user accounts, create groups, computer accounts, deals with inactive and disabled accounts.• Group policy management, like creation new policies , modify existing policy, and delete policies.• Perform Server backup, need to perform regular full server back up for main DCs using Windows Server backup tool. • Need to make sure that replication between DC and ADC is happening without any problem.• We are using Duo as Multifactor authentication in our existing infra, and I do have Administrative access to it and need to deal with issue that comes under Duo. • We are using OKTA as Single Sign On platform for multiple application in our infra. And I do have Administrative access to it and I need to deal with issues that comes under OKTA.• We have file server, and I need to create, delete and modify the files for the users and give permission to users based on request.• I have knowledge on PowerShell scripting; I am using it for pulling report from AD.• I need to provide access to all internal applications in my organization based on the request raised in Service now ticketing tool.• Onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users, and ensure customer satisfaction Show less
