Participate in third-party audits and respond to any findings. • Implemented various portions of new MACT CC Refinery Sector Rule including FCCU stack emissions requirements, Group 2 Misc. Process Vents, and assisted with the Pressure Relief Device continuous monitoring program and Bz. Fenceline programs.• Lead Incident Investigator responsible for: managing teams that investigate incidents, developing reports and plans of action to prevent incident recurrence, and presenting investigation findings to refinery leadership.• Support remediation initiatives including carbon system sizing and developing cost benefit analyses for emission control technologies.• Backup coordinator for Relative Accuracy Test Audits on facility Continuous Emissions Monitors.
