  The team that I managed at Stream included a field service team, a remote support center, a product development group (Software and Hardware) and a warehouse\shop team.As the Manager of the Stream business unit I was tasked with managing daily operations while building and maintaining a diverse technical product. With a relatively small team I was required to be a contributing member of the operations group in addition to managing the teams. After successfully revamping the product line as the Product Integrity Manager I was promoted to Stream Manager.
