Handling end to end India Campus Hiring Program- -Planning their 6 months training/ induction journey including leadership connects, curating MOOCs and Induction. -Mapping them against the departments after internship against open positions/backfills. 4. Leading quarterly connects with employees across India to ensure - Team’s engagement. - Discuss any other grievance, ongoing issues etc. 5. Execution of ILT ( India Leadership Team) goals to help with India Strategy and coordinate any India specific projects. 6. Managing and planning management executive visits 7.
