As a result, deadlines were missed, and we were left without adequate Operations Management. Despite working full time, I knew I had the skills and ability to take on the task, so I volunteered to become the Operations, Movement, and Mobilization NCOIC. In less than 2 weeks, all overdue items were remediated. In less than 1 month, the 934th FST was ahead of schedule for premobilization. I was nominated for an Army Commendation… Show more Prior to deploying to Afghanistan, the 934th FST lost key personnel.
