Practicing the vinyasa style (flow) helps with strength and flexibility by joining the breath into the movement of the body. There are multiple benefits of yoga, I would love to share them with you!I teach group sessions as well as private lessons to adults and children. My lessons for kids are play-based, adding yoga poses into games, as well as teaching meditative techniques which have proven to be helpful for ADHD and concentration.I have a 200hr certification from the Chula Vista Yoga Center as well as training with the Prison Yoga Project.
