  Mar 2017 - Feb 2018- Assigned the project of Daraz.pk (and other ventures) to be the QA Architect which required travelling to Portugal (Jumia PTC) for a year and get training on the stack of applications for their e-commerce business- Spent time in different teams to understand every aspect of the entire application stack- Followed their agile methodology and learnt different modules- Trained myself on the project by understanding the business from the functional perspective of the application- Built an entire team of QA and trained them for the big cut-over- Hands-on experience on test execution using different testing methodology (Functional, Smoke, Regression, etc)- Artifacts creation- Defect Management- Testing on Websistes, mobile-sites, Android and iOS applicationsCut-overThe biggest achievement of the entire project was the cut-over.. This included the migration of the entire project including the huge code base, architecture, third party tools, backend servers, and everything one could think of.
