Nov 2014 - Sept 2023Responsible for driving the growth strategy for the Oral Healthcare category in the Dental Professionals Channel.I developed and implemented the Professional Marketing and Sales strategy for the entire countryDirectly, I lead a team of 5 Medical Sales Representatives. Indirectly, I coordinated the activities of 2 sales teams from 2 distributors, summing up over 40 sales agents, working closely with their direct managers.I acted as a Key Account Manager and a Distributor Manager, negotiating contracts, commercial conditions and trade marketing campaigns with 2 national distributors specialized in dental products.I managed all sales-related activities, from planning, forecasting and synchronizing with supply chain, pricing officers and the finance department.I organized Medical Events and Trainings in which I trained doctors on how to use and recommend our products and I was also invited to other student and medical events as a guest speaker.I created new partnerships with Universities, Associations and other stakeholders to participate as a partner, as a sponsor, or as an exhibitor at different congresses and fairs.I managed a close relationship with Key Opinion Leaders.During my leadership, Romania was recognized as a best practice example and I was invited several times to share my strategy and our results with other neighbour countries in South-East Europe.In May 2020 I was selected to represent our market at the biggest dental fair in the world, IDS Koln, where I was recognized by the German Marketing Leader and offered a symbolic “Star of the Day” award.
