       Interacted with the Third parties through email’s/calls to ensure proper flow of information was provided for the release of consignments. Handled out broker payments bills against bank receipt (Reconciliation) on behalf of client, accurate charges billed verification. Record all consignments (trade bills) into solicitation tracker for client (FORD) to review duty saved on parts purchased from NAFTA (North America Free Trade Agreement) Ensured proper filing was maintained for softcopy of all consignments received and hard copy was stored accordingly as per company policy. Assign transaction from the solicitation tracker to team members for processing. Screening all transactions with the “Restricted party database” (KYC) to ensure client do not trade with any restricted entities as per the guidelines set by the company. Communicated bill rejections to client due trade fail on KYC process and requested additional documentation to process billing where trades were genuine. Created meaningful monthly Management Information for the department to enable identify department processing progress and identify training needs and calculating accurate SLA reporting. Successfully conducted Root Cause Analysis with corrective action plan and suggested preventive action for the management to ensure these errors don’t occur once preventive actions are implemented. Maintained Risk register and published scores to Department head and risk management team. Actively participated in the risk prevention programme to identifying gaps in the process which helped in reducing the Risk Priority Number in the FMEA. Successfully provided walk through to internal risk audit teams.  Maintained competency grid and ensure each process has resources cross trained within Trade Finance Operations.  Ensured all process SOP’s are in place for the entire department and are reviewed half yearly. Work on capacity and utilization report in the absence of Team Leader.
