Leading a team of 3 developers, overseeing sprint planning, team coordination, and feature delivery.Rewards Self-Serve Platform: Designed and developed the Rewards Self-Serve Platform from scratch, a tool for managing offers in the PhonePe app to build a scalable and maintainable platform.ModelloEngine: Designed and led the revamp of ModelloEngine-UI from scratch, our in-house Server Driven UI Library based on JSON Schema extensively utilizing React Hook Forms.Olympus Client Migration: Led and developed migration of the Olympus Client, PhonePe’s authentication layer for web apps, from Express.js to Fastify, improving performance and efficiency.Enigma Component Library: Developed reusable UI components for PhonePe's internal component library, Enigma, ensuring consistency across projects.CRM Console: Managed the development of the Customer Relationship Management Dashboard, overseeing all communications in PhonePe.
