      The Best Digital Transformation Initiative of the Year - Gold Award Dialog Axiata PLC 2022 The project lead by me and my team to transform 20+ years old manual process of Environment Alarm Monitoring of around 4800+ site locations and escalation to 60+ field teams to a fully Digitize and Automated operation with a Mobile application was honored as the Best Digital Transformation Initiative of the ear out of all the projects carried out in the company during this year.

      Engineering Project of the Year - Gold Award Dialog Axiata PLC 2017 The Operations Support System (OSS) deployment is the project I was contributed as the Technical Lead and it consist of the implementation of 6 modules under OSS suite, namely Fault Management, Service Desk Management, Work Force Management, Performance Management, Inventory Management and Workflow Management. This project was honored as the Best Engineering Project of the Year out of all the project carried out in the company during this period.
