  - Studying drawings and specifications and prepare necessary material for fabrication.- Manage and supervise all the fabrications works in accordance with the company documents and specification- Provide leadership and direction to all team members.- Planning and ensuring all production plans and deadlines meeting the plans.- Ensure that the factory personnel are used effectively and are working safely.- Ensure that the Staff are wearing safety apparel and using whatever safety equipment is required to protect the health.- Calculate the necessary raw materials required for the implementation of the production plan.- Coordinate with other Departments of to secure the necessary materials needed for production.- Prepare the list of the machines in the facility and the organization of card specific to each machine.- Hold regular meetings for production stages and discuss the production plan manager daily work.- Preventive maintenance plan for each machine in the property and organizing periodic records of maintenance or calibration.- Organize and manage the work teams including daily planning and monitoring of progress and quality of the works.- Communicate with BODs on the status of materials deliveries from the factory- in particular deviations from plan, delay, shortages, and damage.- Ensuring that any equipment, Labor and material expended in the performance of an instruction is adequately recorded and acknowledge.- Check-in the factory for the delivery of site materials on a day-to-day basis.- Head responsibility to administer and support ERP system related modules and all integrated applications for all group branches.- Help implementing all mobile applications like Maintenance, Production App’s with full Integration with ERP system.- Help Implementing WH Bar-Code system with full Integration with ERP system.- Help implementing all related modules that related to Job specification for all group branches. عرض أقل
