  Business Change Manager for Branch & Private Banking initiatives. Managed change across several medium to large complex projects/programmes including Digital enhancements, Product development and Mandatory and Regulatory requirements.I collaboratively worked alongside senior sponsors, programme managers and the impacted business areas to ensure that the change being implemented achieved all business benefits and outcomes. I engaged, managed and built relationships with all senior stakeholders aligned to my programmes of change. I reviewed and assessed projects on a daily basis and created new and regular operational reporting for senior management against project lifecycle and stage gates, planning, resource, RAID management and financials for the Business and Commercial Risk function.During review and analysis of projects, I found that not all projects were delivering to the same standards.
