  - Responsible for coaching and developing a team of 6 Transportation Planners and 1 Transportation Specialist that oversees ~$150M in corporate inbound transportation spend as well as invoice payment. - Develop and publish standard operating procedures for both Transportation Planners and Transportation Specialist.- Work directly with Freight Bill Audit Pay company (VTM) to develop and implement logic enhancements that improve invoice coding accuracy.- Oversee Traffic related dispute resolution, both within Traverse and Cherwell. Work with habitual vendors to drive improvements and reduce overall chargebacks. - Conduct regular review sessions with Transportation Planners to identify and review opportunities to impact KPIs such as cost and lead time. - Works regularly with Logistics Analyst to identify opportunities to build out reporting metrics within a BI dashboard.
