Charged with giving Technical training and Engineering support during the scale down of SAP & Andon systems, and the deployment of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Manufacture Engineering Team Leader on the SA – Wing Variants Project (A320, A321 etc), leading the team and compiling SOIs (in SAP) and Routings (in PEGs) to support the new AIRBUS interfaces of two major business projects on AVL2 (AIRBUS visual Line balancing) and MES (Manufacture Execution System), I demonstrated the delivery of this project from a negative situation to a positive project in cost and quality by driving a successful recovery programme to the customers satisfaction.
