Developed and maintained many complex projects that had major sub-projects or programs of interrelated projects ensuring integration, coordination, and consistency of the process throughout, and communicating to high levels of management. Led and managed a team responsible for the national implementation of a new warehouse scanning technology to over 50 production facilities and distribution centers to prepare the Coca-Cola system for the re-franchising effort and use of a new SAP platform (CONA). Managed staff responsible for the supply and demand planning activities for multiple new ventures, innovation, and acquisition brands within the Coca-Cola brand portfolio. Developed and integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Reviews into the business aimed to align cross-functional stakeholders on long term planning and review financial risks. Supported the strategic sourcing of transportation providers by executing and evaluating RFP’s to support the Coca-Cola network based on price, quality, capacity, and reliability. Managed carrier relationships by reviewing KBI's and agreements that improved total delivered cost to the Coca-Cola system. Implemented multiple transformational productivity and cost savings programs that delivered millions of dollars back to the system.
