      - The Cultural Committee organises various big events and festivals all year round the academic calendar.- As a Senior Member in Final year I was responsible for getting permissions of Institute premises and equipment need for each events, to encourage student committee to take part in events. - I was one of the 4 core members of student body government, which aimed to build bridge between student community and administration.- As a core member, I was responsible to represent student afairs to the Director,Dean students, Registrar, and the administration. - Managed the finances of 8 committees and 22 clubs through out the year, which amounted about 15 Lakhs. - Worked with all the Committees and clubs throughout the year to make sure they received their allocated amount on time.- Managed the purchasing process of all sports and technical equipments. - Led a team of 12 Annual Technical Festival committee members across different departments including PR, Social media marketing, Sponsorship, Event Management, and Hospitality.- Headed the PR department and we were able to increase the footfall from 1000 of previous year to 2500, though it’s difficult to have events in every technical field being in niche institute we have only two branches both related to IT. - As an anti-ragging committee member of 12 people we were responsible to be in touch with juniors in Particular Hostel Wings assigned to us.- I was in constant touch of almost 40 juniors who were very curious and some of them were frightened as they were out of home for the 1st time. - Was part of 6 member annual technical festival committee and the only junior I worked in two departments PR and Event Management majorly.- Co headed the PR department with one seniors and we were able to get 1000 footfall which was almost null previous year.
