  Joined in 1986 as the third family physician when the group was Nicolet Clinic, a small 35 doctor multi-specialty practice. In 1989 Nicolet merged with Medical Arts Clinic of Appleton to form LaSalle Clinic. Eventually the group joined forces with two hospitals and an HMO and grew to have over 180 physicians before I left in 2000. I spent two years working 30 miles away due to a non-compete clause in my contract. In July 2002 I started a small private family practice with a colleague.

  Medical Director

  Oversaw care for patients who were in the last stages of a terminal illness. This was often cancer, but also included other diseases such as Alzheimer's, ALS, congestive heart failure or any illness in which the patient had a known limited life expectancy of six months or less. Care could be given in their own home, a nursing home, an assisted living center or at Cherry Meadows, the free-standing hospice facility.
