   JOB RESPONSIBILITY• Would be responsible for authorization of Clearing/Funds Transfer • Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues• RTGS/NEFT Funds Transfer Operations • Deepening of relationship with existing customers who walk-in, through cross sell of all products and services• Submission of Required MIS within time. • Monitoring all Dummy accounts• Account opening/documentation checking• Branch administration & Lobby Management• Branch Operations and Audit Compliance Client Servicing And Coordination• Resolution of customer queries/complaints Providing solutions to client queries• Customer interaction and giving feedback to respective department about client response.• Guide the Team to complete the assigned work within TAT.• Motivating And help the Team to achieve the monthly Targets.• Caring the assigned Clients and Generate the other business from them. KYC & Account Opening :-• Monitoring & checking KYC Documentation for Non-individual accounts ( Partnership,Pvt Ltd,Public Ltd,TRUSTS,HUF & Government Accounts.• Aof Authorisation and KYC docs checking for individual & non-individual accounts.  Credit card and transfer desk• Routine RTGS• DD, MC Preparation• Handling fund transfer (Direct Debit \credit)Credit card cash credit. Clearing : – • Outward Clearing instrument processing• Handling of Returned & Referrals Show less
