       Ensures achievement of targets and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the Client Identifying opportunities for process improvements and documenting these with an objective to implementing them. Started with 2.5 billable resources for AR is now a team of 7 Billable resources. Identified areas for new businesses to be transferred, helped in getting additional 2 Billable FTE’s business. Thus added 2 Billable FTE’s to the team of 5 members in 2014, as well. With the value adds into the process and high level of confidence, we were able to get additional businesses for an FTE in April’ 2015. Keeping in view the Seat Utilization, have moved a resource in a day shift.
