As the TPM for the Developer Experience pillar, I was responsible for managing large scale Agile programs focused on developer tools, including SSH gateway, 2-way GIT for Wordpress, and a custom CLI. I also supported the integration of Smart Plugin Manager, an automated Visual Regression Test (VRT) tool after a company's acquisition and the acquisition of StudioPress and the integrating of their product suite including StudioPress Themes, Genesis Framework, and custom blocks. I supported the R&D org's transition to scaled agile practices by instituting scaled Scrum ceremonies, coordinated Program Increment (PI) planning, and dedicated cross functional partners to streamline communication and improve release management.
