  As part of my role for the Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar offices, I collaborate with Saudi Arabia leadership and the KM team to prioritize knowledge management (KM) across these locations. I develop local campaigns to foster the necessary behaviors and culture for KM, supporting both individuals and teams in adopting new behavioral styles. I streamline and automate legal documents in both English and Arabic and gather Saudi Arabia knowhow materials for the Knowledge Bank, intranet, and online databases.
