       Responsibilities: • Leading all sugar gum making agenda for the site with a team of 60 employees through 3 shifts.• Leading Autonomous Maintenance implementation as pillar lead for the site from step 1 to step 6. • Coaching for six sigma systems for the site: Abnormalities handling, Cleaning Inspection Lubrication, Daily management system, and Centre lining.• Lead the first workload analysis for flavours preparation team.
