  Developed a template and a process for running a monthly Source of Earnings Analysis for a Long Term Care Line of Insurance. Conducted the analysis for a 6 months consecutive period in order to analyze and quantify the driving forces and patterns behind earnings using Poly Systems. I created a macro to reduce the raw data compilation process time from one hour to a few seconds. Additionally, I trained a full-time employee on how to perform the analysis so the project could be carried on further.
