Tvs, Comstar, Valeo, Honda, Bajaj, Maruti etc are the clients of the company.Job Duties and responsibilities:Responsibilities in heat treatment division and induction hardening division's Quality Control Engineer -Metallurgy .Check the hardness test of the case hardening samples, induction hardening samples and Annealing samples are using with Vickers hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester and Brinell hardness tester.Samples are checking in the Advanced windows xp based software used computerized micro vickers hardness tester as per given specifications.Checking in metallurgical microscope for analysis of a metals microstructures is carried out using a combination of general and specialised microscopy techniques, identify the microstructures of fatigue, cracking, corrosion, ferrite, R.A & decarburisation.Visual inspections in regular intervals in production line of case hardening & induction hardening, overseeing operationals quality control process.Inspections in the activities of production line and line inspectors and feedback from line inspectors for any defects during inspection online.Conduct material analysis and design extraction methods using AutoCAD.Control and distribution of all the companies quality documentation. Controlling the activities of QC inspectors and giving proper instructions to them. Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on jobs. In regular Auditing customer coordination for the quality issues, investigating correction and metal failures.
