I troubleshoot and repair customer desktops and laptops, on both hardware and software fronts. This also involves communication with the customers in the store and on the phone, keeping them in the loop with what's going on, and being able to explain in layman's terms what it all means. I take the laptops and desktops we receive and renew them to be sold. This involves replacing faulty parts, cleaning them up, and installing a new operating system. I also communicate with customers in the store and on the phone.

Run labs for advanced engineering programming course, leading students through assignments and helping them understand core programming concepts. Implemented an Introduction to GDB unit to help with runtime crashes which has improved lab completion times and reduced student frustration. Introduced team names related to the week's lab to reduce student friction towards having a different random new partner weekly. I develop VCU OpenCity’s transportation system software and hardware. This involves deploying hardware and developing a ROS2 software stack in Python and C++ for both the Waveshare PiRacer, which is our model for an autonomous vehicle, and a roadside unit, a traffic signal. Worked on a team to build a 3D-printed, small-scale version of the NASA LA-7 aircraft for test-bed research.

Contributed to the common codebase of the enterprise data lake team by developing a class for the data lake-wide checkpoint table, allowing for improved data ingestion implementations and streamlining support.
