  Design Assurance Engineer Intern

  -Performed rigorous quality assurance test on smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, cameras and safes and documented findings to ensure each product met both corporate and government safety requirements.-Delivered a presentation to company executives at the conclusion of the internship. The presentation consisted of results from quality assurance tests and my recommendations for improvement.

  -Successfully operated the area while following TSA and UPS compliance of transporting air packages.-Coordinated with my full-time supervisor and flow control to ensure loads are dispatched on time and to the correct location.-Trained employees in prescribed job methods developed by the company. These methods are required to promote both safety and production.
