An independently run family based NGO founded by myself along with my mother.I do this as a humanitarian project along side my full time job as a Product Manager with Grundfos in Dubai.Pinjara - literally means "Cage" in Hindi and the word tries to express the feeling of women who have suffered physical, mental or sexual abuse. They are shunned in the society as inferior beings and not offered equal opportunities compared to those more fortunate. It inspired me to do my part to help them elevate their status in the society and give them the opportunity to become respected citizens of our society.- In proud collaboration with companies & organizations like IBM, HP, Nokia, Intel & FC Barcelona.- One of my main responsibilities is fund raising by meeting with sponsorship companies trying to become a part of the social corporate responsibility programs of multi national companies.- I hope to one day make it an international organization with reach to help women all over the globe.
