Responsible for policy and corporate leadership at this large embassy and expanding Australia's relationship with Jordan. Key areas of focus during my tenure included driving cultural change and harmony among the embassy's 70-plus staff; bringing more coherence and impact to Australia's engagement with Jordan on security priorities; and managing key elements of Australia's humanitarian support package for the Syria crisis.
