      - Gather all information provided in Fact Finds, About your questionnaires, File notes… to understand client situation. -Review client’s investment portfolio (ROA calculation, Preso…) to ensure goals and objectives to be aligned with desirable outcome. - Review client’s insurance needs in terms of financial and life aspect. - Check Record of Advice, Statement of Advice, Strategy Papers and all necessary reports (Insurance Policy schedule, Fee disclosure Statement, Comparison report, Non APL forms, Opt-in renewal…) before and after client meeting to find out any mistakes occurred and outstanding items. - Liase closely with Client Service Managers and paraplanners preparing the advice to update some issues. - Work with underwriting team to ensure that all insurance applications, rollover forms… have been prepared in accordance with strategy approved by clients.
