  I manage the product development projects of Doğadan NRTD and RTD Teas in TCCC. I coodinate R&D team studies in two location, Ankara, İstanbul. I lead and monitor all innovation cycle from the preliminary project brief to the post launch performances. I'm very pleased to introduce new trends and knowledge about teas to all Dogadan team and develop a tasteteam in the company as being Certified Tea Sommelier. I initiate value generation projects by using reformulation and re-engineering methods. I work on cost efficiency, good manufacturing, top quality, export projects with my team regularly. Participated in creating new product and raw material formulations with R&D department.Working on new product formulations and improving studies together purchasing and production departments.Working and making audits at black tea blending and manufacturing plants based on quality assurance, food safety and occupational safety issues.Preparing blend receipts for black tea products.Taking a role in sensory analyses program in tasteteam and tasting approving samples and final blends.Leading teams in operational excellence programs.
