  As a co-founder of UCL, I was responsible for creating and managing a platform that organizes and hosts various sports tournaments online. UCL is a startup that aims to revolutionize the way people play and watch sports by using technology to provide real-time data and scores, live streaming, interactive features, and social media integration.Some of the key responsibilities and achievements of my role were:- Developing the vision, mission, and strategy of UCL along with the other co-founders.- Led the product development team in designing, developing, testing, and launching the UCL website and mobile app using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AWS, etc.- Implementing features such as user registration, tournament creation, match scheduling, score submission, live updates, leaderboards, etc.- Marketing and promoting UCL to potential users and sponsors through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, blogs, podcasts, etc.- Establishing partnerships and collaborations with sports clubs, associations, leagues, media outlets, etc. to expand the reach and impact of UCL.Through this role, I gained valuable skills and knowledge in web development, project management, marketing, business development, and leadership.   As an intern at Rajkamal Builders, I was involved in the Kanera Lift Irrigation System project, which is a major water resources project in Madhya Pradesh. The project aims to provide irrigation water to about 40,000 hectares of land in the drought-prone areas of Kanera, Khandwa, and Khargone districts. The project involves the construction of a barrage across the Narmada River, a pumping station, a rising main pipeline, and a distribution network of canals and minors.My job role included the following responsibilities and achievements:• Monitoring the daily progress and quality of work at the project site and reporting to the project head.Assisting in preparing and updating the project schedule, budget, and risk analysis using MS Project and Excel software.• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.• Learning about lift irrigation systems' technical aspects and challenges, such as hydraulic design, pump selection, pipeline design, canal lining, and water management.
