  Currently, a Team Lead managing multiple projects and stakeholders across 3 verticals.Projects:Transaction monitoring for Liability products• Suspicious internet and mobile banking, cash/wallet/e-com/MLM transactions detection based on customer demographics and transaction patterns; the created rules have a ∼70% account detection rate across a base of 2.5 Cr. accounts, with 300+ STRs filed in a span of 6 monthsPerformance analysis and resource planning: • Monthly performance score dashboard for Digital Transaction Monitoring team analysts; helped the team gauge their monthly productivity and the scores were used for year-end appraisals Staff Activity Monitoring:• Setup a cross-functional engagement with the Data Engineering team and business teams to automate the complete reporting of Staff transaction and activity monitoring into big data environment; led to saving of 40 hours of manpower in a month. This collaboration involved data mapping, creation of a data mart, knowledge sharing, rule creation, testing, and deployment of deliverables.
